Pepper's brain. Inside the app you already have.

Your membership app already has the members. Pepper plugs in behind it: she answers in your app's chat screen, knows which page each member is on, recommends the right voucher, outlet or promotion, and works through your loyalty system, never around it. Your app stays the front. Pepper does the thinking.

The problem

No salesperson. Your app has the members, not the conversation.

A membership app is great at showing things. It can't ask a member what they're after, notice what fits them, or remind them their points are about to buy something good.

Members open the app, then leave

They scroll a long voucher list, can't tell what's for them, and close it. Nobody asks what they were looking for.

Points pile up unspent

Members don't know what their points can claim today, so the programme costs you money without bringing them back.

AI in-house is a team, not a feature

Catalogue sync, memory, safety rules and an admin to run it all. Months before a member sees a good answer.

How it fits

The brain behind it. Your app stays the front.

One chat connection joins them. Everything else, from points and vouchers to the best places near each outlet, Pepper reaches on her own.

Your app sends the member's message, who they are, and the page and item they're looking at.
Pepper reads their points and wallet, checks your vouchers, outlets and promotions, and picks.
Your app draws her reply, text plus cards and buttons, in your own design. The member never leaves your app.
Page-aware

Page-aware. She knows which page they're on.

Every message from your app carries the page and the item on screen. A member on a voucher asks "is this valid at every outlet?" and Pepper answers about that voucher: its terms, where it works, and whether their points cover it. Nobody has to ask "which voucher do you mean?"

  • 33 app pages understood out of the box: vouchers, wallet, promotions, stores, events, tiers, daily check-in, stamps, contests, profile, FAQ and support.
  • Buttons that fit the page, such as "Claim this voucher" or "Show similar". Your app draws them in its own style.
  • Honest about what she can't see. On a page she can't read, like a notifications inbox, she says so and helps with what's on now.
  • Your own guide for each page. Editing it in the admin: coming

Points and claims

Claims. She never touches the points. Your app does.

Pepper reads points, tier and wallet live from your loyalty system and never writes to it. When a member wants a voucher, she confirms the cost, then hands your app a claim instruction. Your app runs the claim itself, as the logged-in member, and tells her how it went.

  • Read live, changed only through your loyalty system. Pepper is not a second loyalty system.
  • Confirm first, every time. No yes within five minutes, no claim.
  • Wallet and points history come from your data, so "what's in my wallet?" is never a guess.
  • Claim from the chat in web apps today. Inside native iOS and Android chat: coming
Location AI

Finds. "Best near me", answered properly.

Members ask for the best food and things to do around an outlet or a mall. Pepper finds the places on the map, reads local food blogs, ranks them by how well they fit the ask, and puts your merchants' vouchers on top. In your app the places come back as cards.

  • "Near me" uses the phone's location, when your app shares it.
  • Ask about any place: parking, halal, good for kids. Answered from reviews and blogs.
  • Refine the list in plain words, like "only ones open late".
  • Lists are kept, so reopening one costs nothing.

Beyond the chat screen

Grows. The membership, not just the answers.

The same Pepper works outside your app too: she brings new members in on WhatsApp and Telegram, rewards the people who invite them, and decides what each member should hear about next.

New members join in a chat

Someone messages you on WhatsApp or Telegram. Pepper registers them through your loyalty system, privacy notice included, and credits the friend who invited them.

Referrers hear it first

When your loyalty system records a new referral, Pepper tells the referrer straight away: who joined (last four digits only), what they earned, and their link to share again.

The next best offer, per member

The Marketing Brain reads each member's chats and profile, drops what's out of stock or expired, and ranks the rest with a reason you can read. Matched, approved by you, delivered.

Campaigns where they chat

Ask for a segment in plain words, like "members who buy gifts before Raya", pick WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger or web, test it on yourself, then send. You approve every send.

What it takes

You keep the app. We bring the brain.

No rebuild, no new app for your members to download. Pepper sits behind what you already run.

You bring

  • Your app, on iOS, Android or the web, in your design.
  • Your loyalty system, open to Pepper for points, wallet and claims.
  • Your outlets, vouchers and promotions. Pepper syncs them.
  • Your rules: her name, her tone, the topics she covers and what she may do.

Pepper brings

  • The chat brain, with a memory of every member.
  • Page-aware answers, with cards and buttons for your app to draw.
  • Location AI, the Marketing Brain and campaigns.
  • An admin to run it: conversations, customers, analytics, rules, and a hand-off to your support desk.

Connect

Pepper connects to your loyalty system and checks it with read-only calls first.

Sync

Your outlets, vouchers, promotions, FAQ and T&Cs come in, and stay in sync.

Plug in

Your app sends each message with the member and the page, and draws what comes back.

Tune and launch

Set her persona and rules, try her on your own account, then open her to members.

Book a demo

Plug in. Put Pepper behind your app.

Show us your app and your loyalty system. We'll connect Pepper to your vouchers and outlets, and you can chat with her yourself.
